The intimate feel of each room is what makes this hotel special. Well located and very clean facility. Staff were friendly and the breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Parking can be limited, but easy if its there. Easy to explore the city. The room was big with a comfy bed and awesome shower.

Staff were happy to accommodate requests, and provide vegan options at breakfast and dinner. Super comfortable chairs and sofa in suites. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and the Jacuzzi bath was a great, luxury addition. Maura, the other reception staff and the breakfast staff made us feel welcome and appreciated, and were happy to accommodate our requests. The Ivy Lounge has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff there were professional and efficient, and attentive without being fussy. Our party included 1 vegan, and we tried most items on the menu during our stay. All our choices were very good. Will definitely recommend to friends and would love to stay there again.

The room had enough space to move around freely. It was also decorated in a luxurious manner. The location itself is great with peacefulness all around. The restaurant served great food.
