The location is perfect, located half-way between the center and the lake. The rooms are large and bright and I found the bed quite comfortable. Free parking is also great and very rare to find in San Pedro. Another plus is that there's a great ramen restaurant accros the street ran by a Japanese expat.

Accessed only by boat from Panajachel, the apartments at Atitlan Sunset Lodge Apartments come with a large seating area, plus a dining table and a private terrace with lake views. The private bathrooms are equipped with a shower and toilet. We had a wonderful stay in Atitlan Sunset Lodge. The view is spectacular, the rooms are super comfortable, and we had a lot of fun enjoying the lake with the stand up and kayak that they offer.

The property was built in 2024 and has accommodation with a balcony. Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. Staying at Posada Vicentas was an absolute delight. To start, the location of the house was in a safe and secure area, close to the center of town but enough outside of it that it is quiet and peaceful at night. The family is absolutely lovely. They are so warm and welcoming. Chema, the host, has a wealth of knowledge on the area and provides extra activities that are well worth it. While staying with the family, I opted in for breakfast and dinner, both of which were fresh and filling. I got to sit and join the family which was great fun learning about everyone and practicing my Spanglish. I was able to take a sunrise trip up to the Indian Nose with Chema and his father...and the view was absolutely amazing and should not be missed! I will (hopefully) be returning to San Juan la Laguna soon, as it is such a beautiful place, and I will without a doubt be staying at Posada Vicentas. Highly recommend this stay!

The apartment was in a great location and super clean. We could walk everywhere, including the dock, restaurants, and shops. Communication with the host was also quick and easy.

It's part of a property with several other bungalows behind a pricey but tasty coffee shop/cafe (Nativo Coffee Shop). It had an eco filter and an ice machine, so free ice water was awesome
