In addition to being an amazingly cozy and inviting atmosphere, she also explained her larger vision of reducing environmental impact (particularly on trash and water usage) and training local women as employees at a fair wage. Could not give a stronger recommendation for this hostel!

At the accommodation rooms are fitted with bed linen and towels. I don't know if I liked the view from the bed more or the view at breakfast, I will definitely never forget these views. I don't think you can get tired of them. There are small shops nearby, the route from the harbor to the accommodation is also manageable on foot (approx. 10 minutes), otherwise tuk-tuks are available for transportation. Village itself doesn't offer you much, but you can walk in 45 minutes to the nearby San Marcos La Laguna, where more life is available. The accommodation is wonderful, we slept with the tent open the entire time. I also recommend the dinner cooked by the owner, it is excellent. There is also an additional bar next to the accommodation where you can eat and drink during the day.

Julio and his family are lovely people and they make me feel like I am at home. The people I met there were amazing, I spent Christmas and my birthday at Casa llemo and I am really happy I chose to stay there.

Accessed only by boat from Panajachel, the apartments at Atitlan Sunset Lodge Apartments come with a large seating area, plus a dining table and a private terrace with lake views. The private bathrooms are equipped with a shower and toilet. We had a wonderful stay in Atitlan Sunset Lodge. The view is spectacular, the rooms are super comfortable, and we had a lot of fun enjoying the lake with the stand up and kayak that they offer.

A recently renovated apartment situated in San Pedro La Laguna, Apartamento en la zona viva con parqueo exclusivo features a garden. This beachfront property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi. The apartment features a sun terrace and a 24-hour front desk. The apartment was in a great location and super clean. We could walk everywhere, including the dock, restaurants, and shops. Communication with the host was also quick and easy.

The property is non-smoking and is set 26 km from Volcano Atitlan. The couch was very comfortable to sit on. It had 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a double bed. It's part of a property with several other bungalows behind a pricey but tasty coffee shop/cafe (Nativo Coffee Shop). It had an eco filter and an ice machine, so free ice water was awesome

Amazing view of the lake, safe (albeit lively - bring ear plugs) neighborhood, very well equipped apartment with fully stocked kitchen (even had oil and salt), extremely clean and comfortable bed and mattresses, very convenient location that was walking distance to the piers, restaurants, and tour agencies/hotels that you can book activities with. The host was very kind and polite, and recommended very well priced food, transportation and tour options. The host was also accommodating in allowing the guest to leave luggage in the apartment before and after check in and check out times.
