We had a medical ill health issue and the staff organised a doctor and the receipt of medicine. We are not young and really valued them carrying our suitcases. Nothing was too much trouble. They looked after us with the greatest of care.

They helped us with parking and extended our check out time after our request. I’ve been to Ioannina a many times, and I can describe it as the best experience.
