We had a medical ill health issue and the staff organised a doctor and the receipt of medicine. We are not young and really valued them carrying our suitcases. Nothing was too much trouble. They looked after us with the greatest of care.

The attention to detail shown in everything they do is impressive. We were greeted by fruit and a bottle of complimentary wine. The breakfast was included and I must say the most impressive buffet I've seen since I stayed in Dubai. We witnessed the General Manager inspecting the buffet and ensuring everything was in order. The staff are clearly well trained as finished plates are quickly and quietly cleared. The outside grounds are beautiful and well tended. The location is a short drive from town and personally preferable as trying to park in town near hotels can be problematic. Paid parking downtown near the city center is cheap and plentiful.

Our room was super spacious, extremely clean and with all the necesary facilities. The staff was the best part of it all. Everybody was so available, nice and helpful. They helped us with parking and extended our check out time after our request. I’ve been to Ioannina a many times, and I can describe it as the best experience.
