Very friendly manager. I had a nice evening dinner in the restaurant, listening to Fleetwood Mac! Central location and free parking in the rear car park. Bed was very comfortable..
Returned late evening on the ferry from Spain so the 24 hour reception and check in was very good. The room was quiet, warm (February) and clean and was just what we needed for a good sleep before driving home the following morning. Breakfast in the adjoining restaurant was great and good value ( but don't bother booking the £9 breakfast as its the same price if you pay after eating, and there are cheaper menu options if required.) Free parking in the hotel car park was useful.
Staff were helpful and friendly. It was easy to use the council car park outside (free parking on a Sunday), but I would recommend having the RingGo app for ease of use. Comfortable bed and a bright and shining bathroom, which looked as though it had been re-done recently. It was an easy walk to the city centre.
A lovely hotel set right in the middle of The New Forest.The hotel is situated right in middle of the High Street of Lyndhurst only a few yards from the pubs and restaurants.The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at this hotel was very nice with a lovely full English breakfast every morning. The Wi-Fi was excellent and free parking in a secluded car park at the rear. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes definitely, would I stay there again, yes definitely.
Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Good sized, clean bathroom. Helpful and friendly staff. Small long stay car park on Kings Park Road, reasonably priced and a very short walk from the hotel, very handy with there being no onsite parking.
Location is very good, right in the centre and car park is secure. Lovely to have free parking for once. Staff were very friendly. Had a lovely lunch and we both loved the food. We didn't have breakfast as we were meeting friends. Would recommend.
The room was excellent, quite a big bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities, no biscuits though. Staff were pleasant and helpful and knowledgeable with the area. Car park was a reasonable size and free parking.
Neat and clean little room. The location is great for exploring the city centre. There is free parking included (parking bays are a bit tight though) and the staff was friendly and allowed us to park the car there before the check-in time. The self check-in was also simple and easy.
