The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The beds and bedding were so comfortable, and everything we needed was there for us. There were even lovely touches such as a loaf of local raisin bread and a bunch of fresh local flowers that made me smile. The lodge is in lovely gardens and I really appreciated the trees, birdsong and flowers just outside the windows. It is an easy, pleasant walk into the heart of St Peter Port and the harbour, so Ilex Lodge is in a fantastic location, close to town, but quiet and peaceful. The three of us arrived exhausted and desperately in need of a holiday, and left rejuvenated and recovered. It was exactly the holiday we needed. Thank you so much.

Just a 6-minute drive to the town of St Peter Port, and walking distance to Guernsey’s south-coast bays and cliffs, The Ellingham Cottages has 12 two and three-bedroom holiday cottages. They all feature free Wi-Fi, on-site parking, a large shared garden and laundry facilities. Close to the beauty spots in the south of the island. Cottages were clean and comfortable. Cottages were very quiet.

The property features pool and garden views, and is 2.5 km from Vazon Beach. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. The most comfortable beds we have ever slept in whilst away, the linen was pure cotton white, crisp clean and so comfortable. The apartment was spotless, the towels are soft. We didn’t use the oven but it was spotlessly clean. Everything was perfect and very comfortable.
