This gesture by your hotel totally set the tone for what was a holiday of a lifetime, Thank you so much. Finally, the young red headed lady who checked us in was a ball of absolute pleasure and positivity.

Very good location (close to everything and yet quiet), very friendly, helpful staff (really, all of them), comfortable room, bed / bathroom / kitchen. Felt secured with entrance system and the lift. If we come back to Manchester again, we definitaly stay here again!

The house and the rooms are so nice to a fault. The receptionist niceness was oit of this world. I so much enjoyed my stay, I had to book for extra day.
