We are a LIVE IN HOST. We live in the property on the 3rd floor with our own amenities . We look forward to hosting you in our Cosy home . During your stay you will be located on the second floor with access to all amenities on the first and second floor including the kitchen utilities . We hope you have an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Any queries , please do not hesitate to contact us . The property is centrally-located, 15-20 mins to the Manchester City centre. 2 mins walk to Bus stops, 15 mins taxi to the Airport, Town Hall Albert Square, close proximity to Hospitals (MRI), Manchester Universities, 10 mins to ASDA Supermarket and 5 mins taxi to Aldi. There are no designated parking. However there is on-street parking in the area. The property also has CCTV at the front door.

The House is located in a new quiet location. It is a 5 mins walk to the Bus stop. There is a large beautiful park called Alexandra Park which is 5 mins walk away for morning jogs or walk. The launderette service is 5-10 mins walk from the House. There are also several local convenience stores and two major Supermarkets.
