Breakfast included the morning after our one night stay was a nice touch also!

Excellent staff service prior to visit, and clear directions for check-in online and check-out, making it easier to avoid any queues. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and bathroom clean and functional. There was no street noise with windows closed. About a 10-15 minute walk into the Town Hall centre/trams and quite a bit further for the main shopping areas. Car parking nearby does not belong to the hotel but seemed fine and is only a couple of minutes walk away.
loved the free parking , as there really isnt anywhere to park in city centre, car park was under the building but very adequate and easy to use, as we have a large 4 x 4, the lifts were also a bonus, we went to the AO Arena and it was in walking distance , and the town was in walking distance , the apartment was very clean and very nice, with lifts which was a bonus ,kitchen was well stocked with toaster , kettle, microwave etc, would reccommend these apartments, A star xxx
Property was in great location. Everything you needed was a small walk or short drive away. Although there is no onsite parking, hotel offers discount at large, secure parking facility across the road. Rooms were of high standards and were different to those I’ve stayed in before - addition of LED lights around bed, high standard toiletries and plenty of space! Rooms were quiet and there was little-to-no traffic noise. All staff were so very helpful and welcoming! Fab range of snacks in lobby and very smooth check in/out process.

Food was very good and reasonably priced, the staff were excellant and the room was adequate for our purposes. The on site parking was brilliant and for us we would rather travel to the outskirts of a city and have free parking than pay exorbitant hotel parking charges, or worse, have to use public car parks in the city. The Birch was fairly quiet throughout which we enjoyed however the main entrance could do with an improved closer as it was noticeable when it was used.
Loved the location, the views, was nice and clean. The underground parking was very convenient, the lift was close to the car park and a short walk to the apartment.

The property was very clean and pleasant. A lot of care had been taken with the interior decor which was very attractive. It was a very quiet area. There were facilities to make your own meals plus a fridge to store food, which is really useful, plus a comfortable lounge/tv area. The hosts were really nice, welcoming and helpful. There is free on street parking nearby.
