The hosts where brilliant gave a tour of the flat explain how to use the lighting, heating, all the features. Werent great with english but were super helpful, immediately got the english speaking sister on the phone to translate. I booked on the night, they were able to get to the flat with keys in 15 minutes, initially i parked in the local parking but they have a pass with the keys for the qpark accross the road. Excellent stay, shame it was a short business trip. Would return if in chalon.
