It was very spacious, had beautiful high ceilings, a cozy fireplace and its own sauna. The staff was attentive and friendly. The food quality was very good. One out of 4 hotels we stayed at in Finland, having a proper espresso machine (included in the buffet breakfast). We missed the gym/fitness, but it's generally applicable for most accommodations I looked at in Lapland.

The lobby was set up well for groups to hang out & chat. The food was excellent. We were spoiled by the amazing breakfast with many options for our meat eaters and vegans. The restaurant was equally good at dinnertime. While I have forgotten her name, the staffer who checked us in, helped us to our rooms and later helped us with a large taxi to the airport really set the tone for a lovely stay. If we are ever back in Rovaniemi, we will stay here again.
