We stayed at Blue Sea Resort for nine nights over Chinese New Year, and we had an amazing time. The room was spacious with a great view and was very warm and comfortable. It was great to get a nice breakfast every morning, cooked to order. The hotel is right on the lake, in a beautiful and quiet spot, not as busy as the some of the other sports along the lake and was nice and quiet, even during the busy period. It is easy to get a Didi to take you into the old town, that takes less that 15 minutes, so everything is very accessible, so the best of both worlds. The owner of the hotel Mr Young, is extremely friendly, he contacted us in advance and helped us to arrange a car from the airport and from then on was always available to help us with anything that we needed and prepared breakfast for us whenever we were ready in the morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely be back!

The Square Street and The Waterwheel are both 5 minutes' walk away. We loved the location of the property on the edge of the old town. The view from our balcony was incredible looking towards the snow mountain. The staff were extremely welcoming, we would definitely recommend.

WiFi access is possible in all areas. Super friendly and helpful owner, and very accommodating too. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was comfortable and very tranquil. There was also washing machines that we could use for free! The internet was strong. The location is good, we only needed to cross the road to go to the market and the centre of the old town.
