Although it was a busy time (Spring Festival season), everyone was very friendly and accommodating! The room and amenities were great and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant offered a Chinese-style buffet breakfast which was great and the dinner options were also to my liking. I would certainly recommend this establishment and will definitely make it a priority booking for future visits to Suzhou.

The staffs were so helpful to me, the place is new and clean, bathroom with good hot showers, room was quiet and away from traffic noise, overall excellent place to stay.
