It is directly located at the exit of Xinyi Road on Metro Line 5, and is separated from Xintian 360 Shopping Plaza. Right next to the metro station, one stop away from the west train station. Everything went as good as it could.

Located just around 15 minutes' walk from Zijingshan metro station on Line 1 and 2, Crowne Plaza features modern and classic rooms with free WiFi and flat-screen cable TVs. My room was huge with large windows on 2 sides. Although it had dated furniture, it was very clean. The bed was very comfortable with choice of pillows and quality crispy clean bedding. Breakfast was mostly Chinese, but there were some items for western tastes so I never went hungry. Location was ok - few stops on the metro from railway station. Hotel helped with an excellent driver for couple of days travelling around Luoyang. Very helpful staff, although with limited English. Overall, I am happy with my choice and wouldn't have minded to stay longer.

Especially the front desk and restaurant staff who were so welcoming, polite, courteous and very helpful, particularly as my luggage did not arrive at the airport, and they helped me get it back in 24 hours. Housekeeping is excellent, with room being cleaned by polite staff every day. I loved this hotel.
