I didn’t expect a camping tent can be organized and so clean like a hotel. The tent is very well equipped. There’s a heater with heating blanket. Kettle with cups and table and chair. The shared bathroom and toilet are very clean and organized. Location is also great. It’s 5’ walk to the west entrance of Zhangye park. This is perfect if you wanna see sunrise and sunset.

Everything was good at the hotel, comfortable and clean. The best Holiday Inn I have stayed in.

The owner and the staff were more than happy to help me enjoy my stay to the fullest - they helped me rent a bike to explore the grassland, and also offered some really good food recommendations. The room was clean and very homey, I was surprised to find it was exceptionally quiet even with all rooms occupied around me, which cannot be said about most hotels in general. Maybe it’s the thick walls. I ended up staying two nights and had a well deserved rest. There’s also an option to get a really tasty local breakfast for only 20q, with local bread, honey and proper coffee! I will definitely stay there again next time I’m in Xiahe!
