My stay at Zizi Homestay in Vietnam was truly unforgettable, thanks in part to the incredible 2-day Buffalo trek that I had the pleasure of experiencing. The weather was perfect, and the breathtaking views from the terrace were unforgettable. Our guide Chili was incredibly cute and talkative, making sure that we were comfortable and well-informed throughout the trek. The highlight of the trek was the opportunity to interact with the local Hmong buffalo, which was a funny and unforgettable experience. Despite the challenges of the trek, including some steep hills and rocky terrain, the stunning scenery and cultural immersion made it all worth it. Zizi and her family were so welcoming and made us feel right at home in their traditional Hmong house. I would highly recommend the Buffalo trek to anyone visiting Zizi Homestay. It's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience the local culture and see some of the most beautiful scenery in Vietnam. Thank you to Zizi, her family, and Chili for making our stay so memorable!

The homestay is in the most amazing area of Ta Van, surrounded by the beautiful mountains. Hoa was the best host you could ever ask for at a homestay, she was always available for help and also very friendly and hospitable and nice to chat to. She arranged transport for us as well as a trekking day with a local guide which was amazing. If you stay you have to try the family dinner which was absolutely delicious. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, and also had a mosquito net too. All the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. If we ever come back to Sa Pa we will definitely stay at Hoa’s again.

Great location, wonderful views, clean facilities. The family was very kind and welcoming, and they really put care into their services, sharing their home grown rice products for dinner and helping out with the transportation to the village. The internet connection was awesome, and I could easily make work calls.
