The hotel is very nice and very well decorated, with local arts for travelers to know the history and culture of uzbekistan. But what we loved the most was the hotel staff. Everyone has been super nice with us, helped us with transportation, restaurants etc and went the extra mile to make ourselves feel comfortable and enjoy our stay. We travel a lot and this kindness is very difficult to find elsewhere, especially in big hotels chains.

This was my second stay at Kosh Havus, I asked for a larger room this time, and was given a room with 2 queens that looked into the courtyard. It was lovely. The staff are great- particularly the breakfast staff- very helpful, especially in giving recommendations for things I could see early! Also, the Sauna is great. It was too windy to use the hot tubs on the roof, but they were great too!

The hotel and the room was all freshly renovated, with good new bathroom equipment and comfortable bedding. Towels were all clean and fluffy. The room had everything I needed. The hotel is extremely close to the bazaar, Bibi Khanum and ShahiZinda and a very easy walking distance to Registan. I also liked the decorations. The staff was nice and friendly to me, at check-in they explained all the options and services to me. Breakfast was good.
