The scenery can’t be better. It’s super calm and nature is all around you - the noise in the morning of the different animals is something special. Has some additional touches that make your stay memorable, eg ability to light and sit around a fire, take a dip in a small pool, sit on the open deck having your breakfast or morning coffee. Responsive but not intrusive, kind host (thank you). If you like animals, there are plenty here (3 friendly and happy dogs, they will definitely want to love you and spend some time near you). If you can, also visit Casita de Chocolate in El Eden - their mocha was one of the best I’ve had! Wonderful stay. Beautiful sunset skies.

Just stunning. Nested in true valley of San Francisco you find yourself on a horse farm. The self-catering cabin doesn’t lack anything (incl your own parrilla!). You wake up with animal in front of your door, enjoy a day in nature - hiking, horse riding, bikes or just relaxing your eyes and ears -, watch the sunset from the hills and end your peaceful day under the Milky Way. Stayed here between visits to Viña Edén and Minas. Juan Luis and Lucía gave me such a warm hello, and the common area was magical - hard to beat walking into a lodge at night, seeing the warm wood tones and gorgeous rustic accents, flames dancing in the fireplace. There was another couple (also guests like me) and our hosts sat with us around the fire, chatting and sipping wine, making even this solo traveler feel cozy and welcome. I slept incredibly well (comfy bed, space heater in addition to a/c/heater unit, super quiet area). In the morning they made my preferred coffee especially for me (I bring my own as this is not a big coffee country), which I so appreciated. I got to see the horses being fed before leaving, which was the highlight of my short but pleasant stay. I needed help making my payment in cash and they were so kind, even providing me with a phone number in case I need anything else while I'm in their beautiful country.
