It's an outstanding basement-level flat with all the amenities you could possibly need. You could simply move in and live there for a few months. It was our sixth and, by far, best accommodation during our trip to the United States. The neighbourhood is also lovely, with several restaurants and pubs within walking distance; a lovely deli is only 2 minutes away. The host is friendly and easily approachable. Our only regret was that we had only reserved it for two nights! :)

Great location, about 40 min by bus from downtown, the bus station is 3 min away. Clean rooms, comfy beds, big kitchen with everything you need including toast, coffee maker; bathroom with towels, shower gels, a lovely living rooms with TV. Close to Costco shop, gas stations, resto. You have also, a BBQ with a small garden in the back. We recommend it for family with kids/ 2 families. 2 parking lots in front of the house.
We arrived really late, friendly welcoming staff, nice location close to Lincoln memorial. Top roof really nice. We got several messages from the hotel to check if everything was ok. Thanks for that! Parking nearby, with voucher from the hotel 24$ day… Note: when going out you insert your garage ticket and then the voucher to get the discount. The voucher can be used only once. For us it was really good value, we didn’t use the car for 3 days.
Stayed with my family for a short trip to DC. The hotel itself looks newly refurbished, and is in a very central location, next to Dupont Circle. The rooms were nice, and AC was strong (it was during a heatwave). Bottled water was provided for free, and the shower pressure was good. Valet parking was very expensive as expected, so I do recommend booking something on SpotHero for example (there are a few spots around, 5 min walk max). Beds were lovely, as were the staff.
Superb location, absolute calm on a leafy residential street yet close to grocery shops, restaurants and cafés. 35 mn walk to the centre, 10 mn walk to Georgetown. Metro and bus also nearby. Free street parking in the evening.
The kitchenette appliances (fridge, microwave, stove) were a bonus, considering restaurant prices in Washington.

The entire house is very neat and orderly with complete facilities, which is very suitable for resting after a day of sightseeing. The owner is very enthusiastic and solves the problem in a timely manner. Free parking lot in front of the house. Close to a Starbucks. A lot of choice of public transport to downtown.
This is definitely the hotel with the best cost performance that we had during our trip to US this time. Free parking lot right in front of the hotel and free breakfast. I wouldn't say it's a fancy breakfast, but considering the price of the hotel, I'm very satisfy with the breakfast.
All the staffs were super nice. The room is very clean and tidy, also big enough.
