Rooms were clean and quiet.
The location is ideal to get around all areas of this side of the state. Easy use of Route 1 and I95 and rural routes.
Checkout time of 12 is not early, which is family friendly.

I got charged for breakfast when it should have been free but no one would listen to me. I ask for an extra duvet but never got it. Most of the time there was no coffee available. The breakfast was hit and miss with what was on offer unless we wanted to pay more for it.

Really attentive service from staff, received multiple messages throughout our stay, checking in on us. Really easy check in and check out, all done online and were able to leave our bags off when arriving before/leaving after the stated times. Rooms were spotless and free breakfast box in the morning was a nice touch.
Great location, about a 15 minute walk to the center of Salem, and just across the street from the Hocus Pocus house and Pioneer Village. Really enjoyed our stay.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
We traveled with two small children for a family gathering, so the breakfast buffet and pool were life savers. Everything was clean and convenient, close to where we needed to be and easy to get in and out from the parking lot with kids and stuff.
I really like the room it was off of the parking lot in a little hallway. Everything was new the bathroom air conditioning was great it had a microwave and small refrigerator. The gentleman at the desk was very nice when I checked in and when I extended my stay. Woman from housekeeping was very generous and offering all she could in room amenities.
