There was a Hurricane , no electricity and would not refund my deposit so I could stay at another location and still charged full price for a room with no hot water ,electricity or feeling of security! Your inability to have a safe secure hotel is your own doing and I will never stay at that location again. Completely dissatisfied with your staff,hotel and services!
