The staff didn't clean my room in the second day. I had to find someone to empty my trash and bring me clean towels the tile in the bathroom was broken and scratched my tie. It was loose and it war raised from the floor the toilet paper holder was hanging off of the wall.

One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Skipped the breakfast so can't rate for that, but the hotel was perfect for our needs (short overnight stay). Parking was great, plenty of room. Staff was super friendly. Our 2-queen bed's room was clean and comfortably sized for our needs. Loved the cozy-looking window seat with the cushions. Bonus for location -- you can walk to Wegmans and all the other shopping, movies, fitness centers in the same area. Be vigilant when navigating around the shopping center, it's super busy.
Location was great.Handicap parking was plentiful.Parked close and had a close to the front door room on the first floor. Walker or wheelchair friendly.Noon checkout is good.
Check-in was quick and easy. Halls and elevator actually smelled really nice. Continental breakfast was minimal, but served the purpose. The room was bigger than I thought and very clean. Bed/pillows were comfortable. Parking lot was well lit at night. Hotel is right next to lots of shopping and food which was perfect for this trip. It also is near highways - easy on/off.
