Rooms were nasty with cockroaches everywhere even in microwave, refrigerator, side table and on roof. Bed had bedbugs. Washroom sink was clogged. We had to leave early at 5 am and there was no option for anything for breakfast that was included .

The location was fine, although the incline getting into the parking lot was a little scary towing our RV.
The breakfast was disappointing. No juices (machines were both broken), no milk, no potatos. Fake eggs were disgusting. Waffle was okay.
I liked the bed and pillows (firm bed, very soft pillows). Breakfast was good...biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. Easy location to get to and parking lot was well lit. The guy that checked us in was not very friendly when we first got there but was much nicer when I had to go back to the desk for issues we had with the room.
My daughter and I attended a concert at Arkansas State University , and it was so easy to just walk from our hotel to the venue and back . We did not have to fight traffic to get in and out of the parking lot or pay for parking which was a huge convivence.
Perfect location for my daughter's graduation. We were able to walk right across the back parking lot to the ceremony! Our room was clean and very accommodating. Beds were comfy and room was dark and quiet for a good night's sleep. They also had Happy hour!
It was a newer facility, clean but unfortunately the riff raff that the facility allows in to the rooms and to leak about the parking area looking in peoples vehicles , banging on the walls and ceilings, slamming doors etc , called front desk and was told the police were on their way to throw the people out and we never seen any police personally. We were afraid to leave the room due to safety conditions. People in room 415 were out of control in their room , hallways and the parking lot area atleast (20) people.
nothing because someone hit my car during the night in the hotel parking lot, and in the morning I went to the office to have them look at the cameras to find out who hit my car they never helped me
