However I must say the staff were exceptional and delivered a 5 Star service which made my stay much more enjoyable. Bob was especially good at sorting out any concerns I had, and went beyond the call of duty to make my stay comfortable. For the above reasons, this will certainly be my hotel of choice whenever I'm back in the neighbourhood.
