Reception: super helpful. Upon reservation we've requested the highest floor which wasn't available when we arrived but after the first night we moved from 2nd to 5th floor and could move again on day 4 to the 8th which we decided not to cause the view to NYC from the 5th was spectacular enough :)
Breakfast: staff very friendly and big variety to choose from. Waffles on Saturday & Sunday.
Maintenance: we had a leakage in the bathroom which was fixed within minutes after calling to reception.
