When I had an issue the staff was immediately accommodating. Very polite and professional. The room was average, but the staff from the (front desk to the parking lot security) provided a great experience.
Great location for access to most of the things we wanted to do and see in Trinidad. The property was very clean , had a lovely pool and secure parking . Koral the host was very helpful with everything to do with the apartment and things to do whilst in Trinidad. Especially appreciated the fact that we could stay in the apartment until 4pm as our flight was at 8 pm
We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay here and if /when we visit Trinidad again will look no further than the Gingerbread House. The owners and staff are delightful, so accommodating and helpful. Our accommodation was perfect for us. There is a beautiful peaceful area at the back of the property where you can relax and enjoy, also a dipping pool to cool off in. There is parking at the front of the property and the location of the house is convenient for all your needs.
Wonderful ambience. exceptionally clean modern rooms. Husband and wife were wonderful hosts. Parking available inside locked area on the property. Plunge pool to cool off in. Just off an arterial road so the access is easy but the street is quiet. My father was stationed in Trinidad for some time during the Second World War and the host was able to pinpoint the location of the American base and hospital where he served. Also gave me excellent tips on more remote areas.
We really liked the friendly staff who were understanding and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet. There is adequate parking available in the hotel parking lot. The breakfast buffet was really good and included local foods as well. The restaurant where we had breakfast was really cosy and beautifully decorated with an amazing view over the city. Lastly, we really liked the pool area. The pool is clean and big enough to do laps. The entire pool area with the waterfall and fishes is just beautiful.
