The B&b is brand new in its latest interior and rooms, located just on the Drava river in a very peaceful and charming situation; the all-women staff is welcoming and helpful, they’re really guest-oriented and also breakfast and facilities are really good. I’d definitely come back to both Maribor and Fani&Rozi!

We came late at night. Over an hour after the reception closed and even 10 minutes after the staff were supposed to go home after their shift. They waited for us and were very kind to us when we finally arrived, even offered us an "antistress" shot of some fruit liquor :) The next day we had to be on our way earlier than a breakfast is officialy served. Again, the staff were heplful and kind, opened early for us and gave us a fruit & water package for the way. This was the best pro client behaviour I have seen in a long time and will definitely try to stay at Črni Baron the next time we are around.

We were in apartment #7 of this new accommodation. In response to our specific request in our booking for a quiet room the host (Ales) recommended moving to their other property just 50 meters across the road, which was very quiet. It was spotlessly clean with a spacious and well equipped kitchen.
The hosts offered us use of their washing machine room, just 10 meters away and provided a key for the duration of our stay.
All staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The apartment had good hot water and the Wi-Fi was good.
Due to the poor weather we did not make use of the spacious patio.
Parking was within the property and very close to our apartment entrance.
It was a 10 minute walk, almost totally level, to the Europark shopping centre and a total of a 20 minute walk (level) to the Old Town and city centre.

Nicely decorated & equipped flat! Enough space & beds for 6 people ( we were 5…). Free parking just in front of the house on the property’s site.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
We were here only for one night, but I was surprised. Hotel was clean and silent. Breakfast was good. Room was big with nice clean bathroom. There is a lot of space for parking. Bed is confortable. The best was the view from terrace. In front of hotel is beatiful lake and fresh green hills. This place is very good for relax and for those who want escape from noisy city.
Quiet place, perfect for a short or a long stay. Everything you need is in the bungalow. Everything is working. More facilities, than you need. Beautiful place. Convenient parking.
Perfect place if you need a relaxing stay in the nature. Few steps from the lake, you can walk from your own terrace. Super comfortable bed, spotless clean bathroom, fabulous breakfast, free parking. Charming location overlooking the little lake, surely wonderful in summer-time. Small hotel but neat and clean with breakfast room, coffee bar and terrace, as well as kids entertainment room with table tennis. Very nice bathrooms. Good parking space. Very peaceful area.
