Situated in the middle of a vineyard, Casa do Planalto offers great views of the surrounding landscape and Silves. The villa is charming and spacious and had everything we needed - a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, well-appointed bathrooms, and a large outdoor area with an infinity pool. Each morning, we made our own freshly squeezed orange juice and enjoyed breakfast outside, relaxing in the warm Algarve weather. We spent evenings either lounging on the terrace or in the living room sipping on local wines (including a couple of bottles generously left by the host from their own vineyard). The location was perfect for exploring the Algarve region, with only a short drive to the coast, and with plenty of nearby attractions to visit. However, you could just as easily spend most of your time relaxing in the villa and enjoying the peace and tranquility of the vineyard. If we return to the Algarve, we will stay here again!

What a place! This villa is AMAZING. The pictures don't even do it justice. It's pristine and has everything you could need and more. The villa/pool/hot tub were the perfect size for a big group, we had 12 people staying and not once did we feel on top of each other. Plenty of bathrooms and space to relax inside and outside. The facilities were perfect for us to self cater the whole stay, the Lidl is a 2 minute drive away and it's only a 15 minute walk into town for some lovely restaurants and bars. Tiago was the perfect host, really easy to communicate with before we arrived and while we were there, meeting the first part of our group and even driving them to Lidl to help with the big shop! The views are just stunning from the villa and pool area and it was the perfect place for us to all celebrate turning 30. We all said it was one of the best places we'd stayed and we'll definitely be back!

The villa was amazing! The house was even bigger than it looked in the photos. The pool area was fabulous, lots of sun loungers, the outdoor kitchen and different seating areas were super. The pool was beautiful. The games room in the basement was a huge hit with the kids. Everywhere was spotless. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The town was a 2 minute drive away and had a Lidl and Aldi and lots of restaurants. A perfect holiday getaway for a big family or group.

Nice spacious campingsite between the fields. I stayed in a small bungalow with electricity and good beds. Beautiful natural swimmingpool with a bar. Options for breakfast and dinner. Small animal-zoo with the cutest animals.
