It felt new and was spotlessly clean. Friendly, helpful cleaning lady. Well equipped kitchen. cute little balcony. electric exterior blinds for darkness to sleep. we were able to do our laundry. one block from beach, yet quiet. It felt safe for two older ladies. convenience store right below us. we found parking right below and could see our car from our balcony. I would stay here again!
