The rooms and beds were very nice, and comfortable! the staff was very accommodating in providing a room for three children with three twin-size beds. The breakfast was great with a fantastic view. The location was walking distance to most things, and they provide valet parking.

It was honestly a great experience! Highly recommend to get a car as it is not in Ponta Delgada, but anyways a vehicle is necessary in the Azores.

Felipe was extremely friendly and helpful and gave a great tour of the property on arrival. Beautiful accommodation and great view from the pool area. We felt very at home here. Also loved the fruit and local foods in the room when we arrived.

We booked a suite with garden view. The suite was super spacious, with modern, high end styling. The complex is charming and rich with vegetation. The warm water swimming pool was just outside the room, and had a nice bar, for drinks and light dinner. The staff is super friendly, and highly knowledgeable about traveling in the island. Breakfast was served on the high level of the complex, and was excellent, with a variety of pastries, cheeses and fruits.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable, and Livramento was a lovely place to stay as it is quite central and has a lovely beach.
The staff, especially Paulo were great. They accommodated our early check in request, and also took the time to give us fabulous recommendations for places to visit.
Paulo even helped us with our car booking which we were very happy about. The free parking space at the property is also very handy.
Nice and very well equipped kitchen - almost any dishes/utensils you could need to cook any meal, large fridge and oven, microwave, coffee machine etc. You can enjoy your meals in the yard/terrace as well.
Spacious rooms. Laundry room with 2 washing machines and a dryer - especially handy after all the hikes.
Secure and spacious yard with plenty of parking space. Great location (if you have a car) - fast drive to the city, convenient to get around the island from this place as well. Nice and quiet.
