The house has everything you might need for a short stay and the location is perfect for visiting Sao Miguel. Staff is not present on the property, but they are always available by message in case you have any question or request.

Nice and very well equipped kitchen - almost any dishes/utensils you could need to cook any meal, large fridge and oven, microwave, coffee machine etc. You can enjoy your meals in the yard/terrace as well. Spacious rooms. Laundry room with 2 washing machines and a dryer - especially handy after all the hikes. Secure and spacious yard with plenty of parking space. Great location (if you have a car) - fast drive to the city, convenient to get around the island from this place as well. Nice and quiet. AC works well.

The house shares same kitchen and laundry. The laundry has 2 washing machines and a dryer which helped a lot after trails. The rooms are spacious, with large bathroom and a perfect air conditioning. Google has the point called Estalagem Pica d'Agua and all taxis know the place.

Me gustó todo. El apartamento se encuentra apartado de Ponta Delgada, pero a la vez muy cerca de la ciudad. Se trata de una casa rural con todas las comodidades. Cuando reservamos me preocupaba encontrar cucarachas en la habitación (he leído algun comentario que hace referencia a estos bichitos y una compañera mía viajó a las Azores el año anterior y me alertó de ello) pero no vimos ni una en todo el viaje. Las Azores y San Miguel es la isla más bonita que he visto nunca y es difícil que no te guste todo lo que encuentras allí.

En general estaba todo bastante bien. Tenía de todo lo necesario, incluso lavadora y secadora. Estaba bien ubicado y en calidad-precio muy bien. También era una casa rústica que no desentona con el entorno y esos nos gustó. Jardín trasero y cocina equipada.
