One minor thing to improve: we booked for a group of 7 people (one couple + 5 friends). And we did not specify, that we would like to have 6 separate bed places. So, we have got 4 double beds and one single, Two other bedrooms were closed. We were assuming, that all 6 would be open.
For travellers: please specify required separate beds!

The place is amaizing - very clean and cozy. You will find everything you need for your perfect stay inside and outside the house. And it's private - huge territory is just for you. Outside there are even a several cool place to chill. Upon arrival we've received some local goodies from the hosts, what was verry unexpected and kind :)

The guesthouse is wonderfully located in the middle of wilderness. That means you can hear nothing but sounds of nature. A lake nearby. The hosts are friendly and helpful (the dog included). The interiors are perfectly clean and comfortable. The beds as well. A (maybe too much) trim garden around and comfortable parking lot. A perfect place for short stop as well as for a longer stay away from metropolitan jungle.

Excellent hotel. We only stayed one night to my regret, I would have liked to spend more time there. Very good breakfast, a private lake beach, very nice village. The dog was especially happy with the walking opportunities. We hope to return.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
The location is great just by the lake and in nature. The house does not have a fully equipped kitchen (just some equipment to prepare a quick meal), but it has a barbeque area outside which is great in summer. There is also a yard and volleyball court and enough parking facilities for all guests.
