The location was excellent. Reception staff were friendly and usually helpful. We had to upgrade to a suite, which was far better than the room we had been offered. The breakfast choice was extensive. The spa was small but very nice and clean.

The apartment is located well within walking distance of the main square and the Wawel Castle. It's tucked in in a quiet street with a couple of small grocery stores, a bakery a burger place, a cafe and an off licence store right at your doorstep. The underground parking facilities were also a great addition because street parking can be a bit of a hit and miss. The apartment was well equipped, we enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

The bed is very comfortable, there is a kitchen and everything you need in it, there is an oven. The bathroom is very good, there is a bathtub and a washing machine. The apartment is cozy, has everything you need. Corresponds to the description. The parking space is located in the underground parking lot. The city center is 3.5 km away, shops and tram are within walking distance. And the lake is not far. The surroundings are very nice, quiet and cozy.
Situated in a fantastic location - the shared toilet and shower room were well-maintained, and the friendly receptionist added a welcoming touch. Its proximity to the city center and the availability of free weekend street parking, though limited, were definite advantages. For those preferring secure parking, options were available next to the hotel, though at an additional cost. The cleanliness of the premises and the quality of breakfast contributed positively to our overall experience.
