We booked this property due to proximity to the airport as our flight wad very early the next morning. Rooms we clean and functional, had everything we needed.
Reception itself was closed by the time we arrived but we were helped by the ladies in the restaurant. All tgat was communicated to us prior, so no issues and was dealt with promptly and efficiently. We were also helped with taxi booking. We stopped for a nightcap - again promptly served. Good location for Modlin airport, good service - exactly what we needed.

This is a perfect example of a SUPERB short stay rental. It's minutes away from the airport and parking is plentiful and free. The owners had left bathroom products, plenty of tea/coffee, towels, water and even a fridge of food. The shower was powerful. The baby cot was great and the apartment is on the first floor (easy to get to). Plenty of playgrounds right outside for kids to play.

The garden of the house is very beautiful - with a fireplace, a terrace and various seating areas. Downstairs has blackout blinds. There is an air conditioner that works very well, but only for the first floor, because it is placed a few meters too low, all the cold air remains on the first floor (physics - hot air up, cold down). In our case, we were there when it was 33 degrees outside and it was hot upstairs.

House is beautiful and have everything what you may need for your stay. Kitchen is very well equipped as well. It is very rare it such small house to have accesable stairs which our small dog or kids can claimb without additional help.
Area outside is nice. It has outdoor fire place and place for grill. Also a lot of chairs and hammock. Few minutes walk to the river and kayaking point.
Owner is very nice, shared all the needed instructions. Key pick up is simple.
Pets are welcome without extra charge, even dog bowls are available on site.

It was close to car Modlin parking, it was pretty comfortable to leave the car with a shuttle to airport. Everything is clean and cozy, friendly staff. Grocery nearby, free parking near hotel, 24h desk (it was great as my plane was at night)
