Room exceeded our expectations. We booked the room for Taylor Swift concert and we were pleasantly surprised. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, close to Zabka supermarket. It is new, modern and big sized. Only minus I could find is a bit small bed for two persons. Otherwise, everything is excellent and we will definitely come back another time ;)

There were a couple of pluses and this apartment has a good potential if owner fixes all negative stuff.
1) Location is really perfect - it's a good new district, quiet. Lots of cafes, restaurants, groceries. Huge mall is in walking distance.
2) Free parking is very convenient. It's a bit tricky to get there because first you need to park on the street and get the keys from the apartment and the drive to the parking, but that's OK. Instructions were a bit vague, simple link to google map point would be easier.

It is a very well located, quiet apartment which worked well for us as a family. The owner is very responsive and accommodated our late check-out request. Great bonus: the playground in the inner courtyard. We would definitely recommend it and would love to come back ourselves should we need in Warsaw again.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Very good location - quite and far from the big roads and the city. Pretty big room and huge bathroom. The house itself is very nice. There is enough room for parking. A lot of trees around.
I think that a little bit of attention from owners can turn the place into an excellent place to stay.
