Dirty, cold and old fashioned room. No telephone to contact the reception, the gentleman at the reception was rude, unhelpful and on top of that a liar. I went down to the reception to ask for help because the room was very cold. I was freezing. The gentleman asked me to turn on the radiator, but there were blockades (locks) on the radiator and it worked for a while only and was not getting warm enough. I went down a second time and the gentleman told me to use the white remote control and turn on the air conditioning, the remote control was nowhere to be found. From my private phone I called the number I found in the information. I wanted to talk to the manager, but unfortunately he was not available apparently. The receptionist (a different one) after listening to me, came with a white remote control for the air conditioning, but unfortunately he was unable to turn on the air conditioning (because the remote control was not for the air conditioning) he left and came back with a box of white remotes and started trying to turn on the air conditioning, finally it worked, but I was so cold that I have a flu now. The only nice and competent person was the lady who took me to the airport the next morning. Instead of resting before the flight, I had to call and wait until the room was warm. Did the hotel staff not know that there was a reservation for a room that was not ready for the guest? Not to mention the dust and dirt that was there, I have photos that I will attach as evidence. Horrible experience.

One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Very cozy room, clean, well equiped. There is a shared kitchen where you can cook food or make tea/coffee. Very convenient location when travelling with car - there is parking in the fenced in backyard, so the car and your belongings are safe.
The owner is very pleasant and helpful - at first I didn’t find how to enter through the gate, and the owner anwered the phone quickly and gave explanation.

Getting into the facility was very easy. The lockbox on the door was very easy to operate. The complimentary water was nice and having a kitchenette made having tea or coffee a possibility. There was ample parking. The host replied to all questions VERY quickly. Great hosts!
Great location close to the airport which suited us as we were going home the following day. We also woke up to snow so was a great treat for our last day of our trip. Amazing layout to the apartment- dual level which made it fun and unique. On-site parking- easily accessible. Prompt communication by the owner who answered our queries asap. We had breakfast included which provided a great range of local food and produce- this was located nearby at the Skansen Smakow Restaurant. Highly recommend this stay!
The apartment is wonderful, everything you need, good quality furnishings and fittings. Just feels comfortable and relaxing. Parking is easy, as is communication with provider and self check in/out. Very, very clean and pleasant.
Neat, clean and well maintained. The shared kitchenette was ideal for self-catering (although it might have been crowded had the property been full and all guests had wanted to use it). Tea and coffee and cooking condiments provided. Marta contacted me and kindly offered a more suitable family room for a 4 day stay which included a table and chairs. The location was good - supermarket, cafe and bus stop for Krakow all nearby. Good walk to river and great view of Monastery. Parking included and good wifi.
