The host made sure that he was aware of when we would arrive so that he could meet us and ensure that all our questions were answered. We were welcomed with qahwa, fresh fruits, biscuits and dates which was very nice. We picked the place because we wanted to take our dog with us, so it was great that the place was pet friendly!

The property is at an excellent location and well maintained. It was very clean and comfortable. Being on top of the mountain it can get quite cold especially in the middle of November. There are good functioning heaters in the bedrooms to keep you warm, but other rooms can get cold, especially that floor. Overall an excellent place and would recommend for anyone looking at a place in Jabal Shams. The host was super responsive and very pleasant to deal with.

Mr. Ali and Mr Ahmed are amazing hosts. The most supportive and helpful people. They provided us whatever we needed. We were camping and we requested them if we can take the room blanket to our tent and Mr Ali was like... please take whatever you need. if you need any other thing please let us know and we will arrange.
