ideal location not very far from the Dunedin CBD. loved the views out the lounge windows across the city to the sea. loved the real pot plants inside the house........we watered them. quick and easy access to the house from the garage and footpath. very quiet compared to hotel/motel accommodation in Dunedin CBD. could park our vehicle on the property (parking is a nightmare in the CBD) in a garage. very clean kitchen, bathroom, WC, bedrooms etc. very clean bedroom linen. very clean lounge furniture. clean windows inside and out which helped enhance the views. grunty heat pumps capable of heating the house quickly. recent renovations tastefully done to this 1960s house. great furniture and fittings.

The location was perfect for us, the house has a lovely open space living area is well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Has a washing machine which was a bonus for us, as the weather turned cooler we made use of the heat pump and the wall panel heater in the hallway and this kept us comfortable. We had the pleasure of meeting Tim he was a great host, we highly recommended this property.
