We only stayed one night but wished we had stayed longer. It was a very comfortable cottage, with a separate bedroom, kitchen, and lounge. The open fireplace was fantastic. The location was great with a working winery next door, which we visited for a sunset drinks and tasting and then went back to the restaurant for dinner that night.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
The location is a residential area that is only 5 years old. The accommodation works well for the space you have. It was well within our needs, such as location to our friends in Helensville and the vineyard we attended at a wedding. Easy to find and parking was ideal as we had a 4x4 car. We enquired about the coffee machine, and the home owner came straight around to help us resolve it. There are plenty of facilities within a reasonable area of travel. Loved the massage chair.
Beautiful self contained unit, everything you could need plus more. Great decor, bed, room access and heating. Easy check in and out and good parking. I was living in luxury. Wonderful home owners and nice neighborhood. Would love to have stayed longer. For someone who travels a lot and stays in nice motels all year round this was a much better experience.
great easy access for parking, the room was amazing and comfortable. Extra blankets if needed and bed was warm and comfortable. little touches with snacks and in the bathroom too.
