Ideal for short stays. It has a compostable toilet, for those who have never had experience it might be difficult to accept. It is fully equipped, it does not have a kitchen, just a microwave, a fridge and an external grill, it is better to get food that is not to be cooked on the stove, as if it rains the external grill cannot be used.

The property is clean and very comfortable. It is near to the shops and just approximately 15-20mins away from the mountain. You can hear the relaxing sounds of nature while using the spa pool. Scott and Ula is also very attentive to their guests needs. They provided everything and made our anniversary very special. Scott replies quickly to any of my concerns and made sure that our stay will be perfect!

Located in Raetihi, Raetihi Cottage- Raetihi Holiday Home features accommodation within 29 km of Turoa. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and private parking is available on site.
Don't judge by the outside: once inside, we had a spacious room with a kitchenette (microwave only) and a nice bathroom. Everything worked fine. For dinner, there is a cafe just opposite. Dinosaur World is in walking distance, as well as a 4Square. Ample parking just in front of the door available.
This accomodation object is located in nice village, about 30 min. drive to Tongariro National Park.
It is managed by private owners, the are very nice and helpfull. Room was nice, well equipped and clean. I was possible to use shared-fridge and kitchen. Breafast was pretty modest, but very tasty. Parking is possible outside the building and it's free of charge.
