Very clean and tidy, even not a dust on the top of shelf! Staffs are friendly and always willing to help. They offer shuffle bus to and from the station, and Whakapapa Village as well. You can get all information you need. Super huge kitchen, full of equipment and and there's a big shop nearby. Has a laundry room and the dryer is really good. We get our clothes clean there. Nice view through the window of second floor room. It was a wonderful stay.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
The location and cost is good, good heating which is essential in that area, free wifi. Cleanliness is ok, haven't noticed any issues with it. Plenty of parking.
