Hotel is very beautiful with good breakfast and restaurant ! Stuff was very helpful and polite. I definitely recommend this place! After noisy Kathmandu we were like in paradise

The staff and atmosphere here both are absolutely amazing. The restaurant is cheap and so so many great options which I used for room service. Loved everything about our stay here! From the moment we booked it was smooth and easy, the hotel staff are so helpful, from booking buses and tours, to accommodating room requirements (extra towels and laundry etc). The food at the hotel is yum you won’t need to go our elsewhere! We did three nights, with a 2 day safari tour, whcih includes a welcome drink, sunset evening walk around the buffer zone, then a cultural dance performance. Then the first day we did a short morning canoe, then a guided jungle walk, little bit scary with all the Animals but the guides are amazing and they pack you a delicious hot lunch, once in a lifetime experience for sure! The second day, we took a morning keep Safari and then did the night tower whcih was a huge highlight, seeing a rhino up close during the night and staying in the jungle. So unforgettable! Shout out to our guides, Surya was amazing! And massive shout out to the team at the hotel, Suraj and his family/team run a tight ship that makes you Feel so cared for. Beds are comfy, we had an air con room which I highly recommend!

Hotel Rhinoceros exceeded all expectations and gave us such a memorable time spent in Sauraha. Prakash contacted us beforehand to organise all our activities upon arrival with clear pricing and lots of extra info. We booked a walking/canoe safari and a jeep safari in which Prakash was our brilliant guide, often choosing less crowded paths to take, giving us lots of info on each animal and lending his binoculars whenever they made an appearance (even if they were often unnecessary as they were so close!) The hotel is family run and you can feel it. There are grandparents, parents and children around and they were so very friendly and interesting in our experience. We had our private rooms and, due to it being low season, were given the choice of room to stay in. It was clean and tidy, the bathroom and shower were great and the aircon and fans were all in working order and kept us cool. A definite bonus to this place is the fact that a large male rhino walks right past it every morning and there are big shared balconies to go out and see it. It doesn't matter which room you are in, you will get the chance to see it regardless. What's more, Prakash hires out bikes for a very low rate (2 euros per day) and helps you with anything and everything you may need. I can't sing their praises enough. It was just perfect!!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was our honeymoon and they did everything they could to make it special for us. The room was beautiful and kept spotless by the lovely staff, the beds were so soft and comfortable, food was tasty and when we passed by the kitchens we noticed they were immaculate. The staff in the dining room were so lovely and friendly and the staff on the desk helped us with everything we needed during our stay. There are beautiful gardens and a great swimming pool and you are very close to the park so you see elephants passing daily. I would definately recommend this as a place to stay!
