Boutique Hotel Helder is done out to an exceptional standard. The welcome from our lady host was first class. As was the rest of the stay.

Quirky independent hotel … very welcoming. Arrived in a group of 3 soaked through with our bikes. Staff came out to help us. Room for 3 fab. Comfortable very quiet - lovely breakfast including home made muesli. Had trust bar lots of board games. Highly recommend.

The Fletcher Strandhotel Haamstede is a very well-kept and beautiful hotel in a very good location to the beach and neighboring towns, such as Renesse. We didn't have to use the car once during our stay and were able to do everything on our bikes. There is a hotel storage room for bicycles directly on the hotel grounds.
The room facilities are great. We didn't want for anything. The breakfast buffet was always very plentiful and fresh.
The only criticism was the slightly longer waiting time if you wanted to eat a la carte in the evening. The service at the table was always nice but unfortunately not very attentive.

We stayed as a family of four in the beach house. Scharendijke is lovely and close (by car or bike) to some of Zeeland’s finest beaches. Also, there are a few nice places to eat in the village.
Our room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The owner was very kind. The shared shower room and the shared toilet were always very clean as well.
There’s free parking and the opportunity to recharge an electric car nearby.
Excellent location with parking, grocery shopping, restaurants, beaches and sights to see all within very convenient distances. House had all but one of the basic amenities that we required. Very comfortable sofa and beds.
