We liked staying here very much. The location is excellent. The kitchen was fully equipped. The owners live on site and are very friendly. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The Wifi worked great. The apartment is surrounded by nature. Parking is on site right in front.

We have fond memories of staying in this lovely holiday home, run by a pair of friendly hosts. The place is located in the countryside, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but is a good starting point for car trips to the surrounding cities (Amsterdam, Edam, Alkmaar) and bike trips. The house is very comfortable and tastefully furnished, and the rural surroundings - beautiful and idyllic.

The accomodation was clean, organised and beautiful. The hosts were brilliant, helpful and most mindful of their guests. The house is close to public transport (about 10 min walk from bus stop). It's perfect for those who like to go quickly to Amsterdam but still live in a semi-rural and picturesque setting. Nico and Joke were the perfect hosts. They seem to have thought of everything and if you still feel that you need something they will try their best to help.

We booked this place to visit Amsterdam. The 200-year-old hotel is in the middle of the fields, but you're just 20 minutes away by car from P+R Amsterdam Noord, where metro takes you to the centre. First and most important: the owner and her staff are exceptional! The welcome was very warm, and everything was being done to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Breakfast is among the best I've ever had: a table covered just for the two of us and at the time requested, with freshly baked oven rolls, fresh juice, coffee, cheese and ham, an egg, cereals... Rooms are charming and you wake up to the sound of birds outside. Wish we could have stayed longer, but we are certainly coming back!

Beautiful area in a rural setting. The beds were amazing, memory foam with a controller to raise the back etc. the heaters worked well as we came early spring. We liked our hosts and their garden property so much. This was needed after the city part of our trip.
