The property is charming and beautifully decorated, with a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a peaceful and relaxing space to retreat to after a long day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast that was served each morning. It was truly amazing! What really sets Casa Bubu apart was the exceptional hospitality provided by Yves. He was very knowledgeable about the local area and provided great recommendations. The location of Casa Bubu was also ideal, it is within walking distance of the main attractions in Granada. It provided a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city, while still being conveniently close to all the action. Overall, I cannot recommend Casa Bubu highly enough. The combination of a great host, amazing breakfast, and comfortable accommodations made for an unforgettable stay in Granada, Nicaragua. Whether you're visiting for a short getaway or a longer vacation, Casa Bubu is the perfect place to call home during your time in the city.

The host and owner of the lodge Nicolas is very nice and helpful with organizing hikes on Mombacho volcano. The lodge is truly in the midst of the Mombacho Reserve - we were able to observe a sloth for several days as well as howler monkey every day - and offers a great view from a tree platform and has a really nice space to stay and relax. The food is very good as well.
