Everything was perfect, with one exception: The lady at the reception when checking in was totally unfriendly, the rest of the staff howewer was cordial and helpful.

The host was exceptionally helpfull, trustworthy and friendly, he arranged for us the tour to the Vic Falls according to our wishes and also the hippo watching the other day. He helped us with several struggles and navigated us around the city. The appartment was spacious, clean, comfy and nothing important was missing. Easily one of the best choices in Namibia, definitely recommend.

The Lodge is a bit outside of Katima Mulilo, but right on the riverside. The room was spacious and the attached kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Big shower and separate toilet. So the cottages have all the basics you need. Albertina was great, she was all alone on the next day, nobody at the reception and a gardener helping her in the kitchen.
WiFi was okay, but not very strong. Car parking is not a problem, the area is pretty big. Just about 200m walk to the river from our cottage, but no chairs there to enjoy the view.
It's a nice guesthouse with everything you need. Nice atmosphere! Good and Safe parking. Perfect Kololo Bar. Shopping, Bank and Medical Center nearby to top up for your border crossing.
