Everything about this hotel is excellent! We like the colonial decor. The attention to details and customer service is beyond. We appreciate the complimentary goodies/snacks and lots of water as well as nightly cookies. The staff are all welcoming and friendly like Lulu, Ray and the awesome door attendant who helped us. Excellent location. Very kind, polite, patient host, Steven. Even though my flight was delayed and I reached at a late hour, Steven waited for me and proceeded to give me a thorough orientation to the apartment and his beautiful historic city in a humorous fashion. The apartment is less than 5 minutes' walk from Jonker Street and the riverside, and despite that, it is a very quiet location. The air-conditioning was strong. The wifi signal was very good with fast service. The shared kitchen was perfect for my needs. The water dispenser saved us the trouble of buying bottled water, besides reducing plastic waste. There was adequate storage space in the room, which made excellent use of the available space. The room had a projector TV. Water temperature and force in the bathroom were good.
