I recently stayed and had a wonderful experience. Staying here for my sister’s graduation, 25 mins from her school and only 3 mins away from the graduation venue (UTeM). Located at the newly developed neighbourhood, so the surrounding was so peaceful. It won’t fit the page if I write about the interior. Such a well designed house, love the every effort that the host puts into this homestay. There’s free complimentary snacks. The bed was heavenly comfort. I had a great chat with the host (Zafira) very friendly. Consider myself so lucky bcs I got early check in and late check out. Deserve all 5 stars. I would give thousands if possible! Highly recommended place to stay and will definitely stay here next time, InshaaAllah ✨

The house is located right by the main road, so it's neither too quiet nor too dark. You need to go slightly downhill to reach the area in front of the house. The owner responds quickly on WhatsApp. The house looks new, neat, clean, and comfortable, with three spacious rooms. Highly recommended! Will definitely book again.
