Sleeping at night the bed was comfortable, we stayed at like a sort of “tree house” we were lucky that it rained at night so it was nice and cool. Good breakfast

wow! It was like staying in our own private 5 star resort! incredible property with just a few large modern clean cabanas, scenic pool and lounging area. Absolutely beautiful. Friendly host greeted us upon arrival and got us settled in. Cabanas had kitchenette facilities and local grocery stores just a km away.

Upon arrival at this accommodation, we were very surprised. We can say that this accommodation was our best after our trip to Mexico. All three houses and the surroundings were beautiful, built in Jungle style, but at the 5* level. Everything was precisely built and everything was functional (no defects). We also appreciate the outdoor kitchen, clean pool and bath under the stars. The entire resort is in the jungle about 500 meters from the main road. The access road is worse, but you can drive slowly by car. It is also 500 meters to the village. You can buy absolutely everything in the village and at great prices. There are also great restaurants. We have to thank Bree for the very good breakfasts and for everything she did for us. This accommodation left a strong beautiful memory in us. Definitely recommend

Absolutely amazing garden and nice place to stay, incredible bungalow! We didn't heard any highway noises also, so close to everything but away from the crowds. Bed's were really comfortable! Your own ride is preferred, but can manage with taxi's and collectivos also. Wish that we could have stayed there for longer

Lovely property set back from the main road. Rustic cabins and 2 brick houses split into apartments. Nice pool, pretty and peaceful gardens. Really friendly staff, Tyler was super hospitable and helpful with knowledge of the local area. Good restaurants, pharmacy and shops nearby. Perfect place to stay to access local cenotes, Coba ruins etc. Francisco Uh May is so far untouched by the gentrification of Tulum but it won’t be long before that changes I’m sure.
